"Mark, Jeff and crew mean business. They arrived on time as promised and got right to work tearing off our old roof, patching a couple of rotten spots from slow leaks, and laying the new roof. The job was finished before my wife arrived home from work. The Tesh crew worked quickly and to perfection, even replacing the vent covers and the chimney flashing. Just so you know, I called two other companies. One said they would stop by to give an estimate in three weeks, and the other never called me back when they said they would. Mark and Jeff stopped by about an hour after I called, gave me a quote, and Mark sent an email that evening with the details of the estimate. This was on a Friday afternoon. When I hadn't heard back from the other roof guy by the following Wednesday, I emailed Mark and told him we'd like Tesh to do our roof. Mark called me thirty minutes later, and we had our roof in done the following Tuesday.
And when the gutter team cut corners because they didn't have the correct elbows to fit what I requested, and left one end cap jutting out three inches past the roof line, and promised twice to come out and fix everything and then never showed up, Mark and Jeff came back out with the correct parts and fixed everything.
